According to the American Chiropractic Association, there are about 60,000 practicing chiropractors in the country. If you are among them, you are up against a lot of competition.
In such a crowded field, being seen is the first step to building a thriving practice. These days, though, people don't look up chiropractors in the Yellow Pages: they look online. Hence, having a website is no longer just a plus, but a bonafide necessity.
Of course, posting a website isn’t all about slick graphics and pretty pictures--though they don’t hurt. Good website designing is the result of many different factors.
Purpose
You shouldn’t commission a website just for the sake of having one--it’s a waste of money and time. Rather, have a clear business objective before starting a website. Everything on the site will therefore serve this purpose.
