Making the Most of Social Media

In today’s world, social media has done more than just connect people to each other no matter what part of the world they are in. It is only natural for companies to also take their business to various social media platforms to reach their target market; however, making use of social media platforms is more than just posting something.

Timely Sharing

This could come as a surprise for some companies but, most social media marketing companies recommend timing your posts in order to make the most of it. Based on a number of studies, the best time to make page updates and posts would be between 1 pm and 3 pm if you are making it at Twitter, and between 1 pm to 4 pm if you are doing it at Facebook. A number of research have also shown that women tend to log in later in the day.

Nurture Your Mailing List

Your mailing list is a good way to connect to your clients who might not be able to access your social media posts immediately. You also have to keep in mind that most business owners and professionals are able to open their email faster compared to checking their social media accounts.

Site Testing

If you are planning on creating landing pages, newsletters, and social media posts, make sure that you do an A/B testing. Also known as split testing, this can help you track your prospective client’s behavior when they get to your online site.
